The TeraWulf team is growing at our Lake Mariner campus in Barker, NY, and we’re hiring Data Center Operators to help keep our critical systems running.

No AI or HPC expertise required, just dependability, attention to detail, teamwork, and a willingness to learn.

In this role, you will:

• Monitor data center systems, equipment, and operating conditions

• Respond to alerts and support basic troubleshooting

• Help maintain performance, reliability, and uptime

• Document operations and maintain accurate logs

• Follow established procedures for safe and consistent site operations

• Work closely with a dedicated team supporting 24/7 critical infrastructure
